ANALYSIS OF THE INFORMATION

The Project Manager contacts our client to manage the necessary information, including the standards required in the project to plan and analyze the necessary resources.

PROJECT COORDINATION

Once the necessary resources for the development of the project have been determined, our Project Manager will disseminate all the information to the assigned Project Coordinator, in order to build an effective communication flow between the client and our technical production team assigned to the project.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

The Project Coordinator together with the technical production team assigned to the project initiate the work required by the client, according to the standards and technical specifications of the project.

QA/QC QUALITY CONTROL

A review of the finished work is executed by the QA/QC department to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements. Likewise, if there are any changes in the project, they are analyzed together with the client to determine an optimal solution.

Se ejecuta una revisión del trabajo finalizado por el departamento de QA/QC para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente. Así mismo, si se presentaran cambios en el proyecto, se analizan en conjunto con el cliente para dictaminar una solución óptima.
